In the Turin Alps, there are many winter sports that can be practiced during the colder months.

Among the many ski areas not to be missed, surrounded by snowy forests and breathtaking views, five are unmissable: the Milky Way, which connects Sestriere and Pragelato. Bardonecchia, Mondole (Frabosa Soprana), Neveazzurra (Stresa) and Riserva Bianca (Limone Piemonte).

In addition to these areas, there are 66 other ski resorts scattered throughout Piedmont, covering the main valleys: from the Varaita Valley to the Lanzo Valleys, from the Biella Alps to the Vercelli or VBO mountains.
