The factory has been hosting, since 2002, an exhibition room called ‘The pleasure of taste’ where you can purchase all of Inaudi’s products: truffles, mushrooms and other food specialities. The factory also has a video room which shows the ‘history of the mushroom’ as well as a show room offering diverse tasting sessions. It is possible to book guided tours of the factory (by appointment only).

How to get to us: From Borgo San Dalmazzo, follow for Demonte – Valle Stura; after the village, continue on the Valle Stura road. An unmissable sign indicates the entrance to the factory.
