Il Pane alla Borgata Mattonera

Traditional bread-baking in the oven at Borgata Mattonera in Coazze (even in the event of bad weather). From 4.00 pm on Saturday 5th, the oven will be lit, with the opportunity for everyone to bake traditional dishes. Sunday 6th: packed lunch and shared meals (please bring your own plates and cutlery); 3.00 pm: talk ‘This is how it used to be done’ with master craftsman Bruno Tessa; guided tours of the hamlets, the exhibition of vintage women’s lingerie and the installations by Pio in Mattonera Sotto. Bookings are welcome.
