An immersive walk through history, music and dance from the Petit Café to Forte Mutin. Where does peace-building begin? Perhaps with a slow step, the vibration of a note, a gesture. A conscious breath. An experience of listening and wonder to rediscover that deep inner harmony from which all lasting peace springs. This journey of immersion in nature unfolds amongst woods, streams and the ruins of ancient fortresses. Through forest bathing practices, movement and live music, we’ll set out to rediscover those subtle yet powerful connections that bind us to ourselves and to others, with lightness and… fun!
