The traditional two-day event dedicated to Miss Cow and Miss Heifer. Saturday 11 July: from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm: cheese sale by local farms; 10.00 am1.00 pm and 2.00 pm4.00 pm: let's have fun guessing the weight of the Tome cheeses and salamis; 4.30 pm: prize-giving ceremony for the guessing competition; 4 pm6 pm: traditional children's games and opening of Casa Escartons; 6 pm7 pm: arrival of the herds from the mountain pastures. Sunday 12 July: 9 am: themed market; 9 am6 pm: opportunity for all children to try horse riding; 10.0011.00: activities with the children present, including the 'Miss dei Piccoli' and 'Mini Stima' contests; 10.0012.30: let's have fun at the cheese and salami guessing game. 13.00: prize-giving ceremony for the guessing game; 10.3011.00: selection of the 'Miss' contestants; 10.0013.00 and 14.0016.00: Casa Escartons open; 3.006.00 pm: the Museum of Alpine Costumes, Traditions and People is open; 2.004.00 pm: musical entertainment with the Ij Stick band; from 4.00 pm: presentation of the breeds for the contest; 4.15 pm: public jury participation using an applause meter and the Miss Cow contest; 4.30 pm: election of Miss Manza, chosen by a panel of experts. Women in traditional Pragelato work dress will take part in the event. 5.306 pm: traditional roudunà through the village streets and return to the mountain pastures.
