The streets and squares of Carignano are once again coming alive with the atmosphere of days gone by, thanks to the latest edition of Come Eravamo 2.0, which will transform the historic centre into a journey through traditions, conviviality and entertainment, with plenty of new features designed to engage young and old alike. Among the most eagerly awaited events is the new dinner under the arcades; music and dancing, meanwhile, move to Piazza San Giovanni, featuring the I Roeri Orchestra. There will be plenty of activities for families and children, games, exhibitions of vintage cars and vehicles, and the charming tractor parade. The ESTER Cultural Association will present a special cultural event: under the portico of the Battuti Bianchi Church, Claudio Tartaglino’s monologue Virgini dji can-A lady lent to the street will be staged. An intense and engaging performance which, through theatre and the Piedmontese language, recounts the stories, humanity and traditions of the region, fitting perfectly into the spirit of the event dedicated to memory and popular culture.
