An agricultural and gastronomic event celebrating one of the region’s most important sectors: the dairy and cheese sector. The event was created with the aim of promoting the work of local farmers, dairies and farms, providing an opportunity for producers and consumers to meet and showcasing the region’s typical products through dairy stands, markets and tasting areas. Alongside the gastronomic aspect, the fair offers numerous activities: cheese-making demonstrations, farm visits, exhibitions of livestock and agricultural machinery, cultural events and entertainment for all ages. The programme also includes street food, show cooking, guided tastings, traditional Piedmontese dinners, music and performances, transforming the fair into a major popular event dedicated to agriculture and the region’s finest produce.
