L’arte rupestre tra leggenda e tradizione

The review I Venerdì de L'Circul proposes a conference with video projection on five sites in the Lanzo Valleys, some archaeological, others more recent or still being assessed, bearing boulders engraved by man: places that are protagonists of legends or that have become part of the tradition of the inhabitants of the Valleys, who have therefore ‘reinterpreted’ them in later times. Finally, a comparison will be made with the nearby Susa Valley, similar to us in many respects, which will help us to better understand the mysteries hidden in our mountains and will also help us to dispel some false myths about rock engravings.
