A modern place for a cuisine that tastes of care and tradition. This is the secret of Cannavacciuolo Bistrot Turin's first Michelin star. Also, thanks to the fabulous location, near the Gran Madre church, the experience offered by the Campanian chef adopted by Piedmont is made of elegance and a unique blend between the flavours of the South and North. Kitchen headed by Gabriele Bertoli. In addition to a rich à la carte menu, the bistro offers the vegetarian option "Natural Instinct", where the plin ravioli are filled with broad beans, pecorino cheese and mint. The tasting menus are divided between "The Classics", with the curious tonno vitellato, and "A Matter of Moments", which includes, among the many proposals, spaghetti, tripe and prawns and, to conclude, a hazelnut, wasabi and lemon dessert.
