One Michelin star since 2020 and a place that tastes eternal. The FRE restaurant, culinary excellence of the Langhe, is located in Monforte d 'Alba among the vineyards of the Rèva estate, in the locality of San Sebastiano. Headed by chef Francesco Marchese, it offers cuisine with an authentic taste, inspired by the seasons and the territory. Among the various proposals, to open there is the trout glazed with vinegar and horseradish, then, on the first courses, the risotto with raw ham broth, steamed lard, caviar and marrow. Do not miss the desserts because, in addition to having confirmed the Michelin star for the fourth year in a row, FRE in 2024 was awarded the Passion Dessert, the new recognition of the Michelin guide.
