Europe's highest golf course was built in 1932, at an altitude of 2,035 metres, by Edoardo Agnelli and a group of British architects.
Characterised by its soft terrain, it is considered a beautiful and entertaining mountain course, capable of satisfying every player, from beginners to professionals, thanks to its variety and difficulty.
From June to September, the 18 holes of Golf Sestrieres are one of the greatest attractions for Sestriere.
18 holes designed on what, in winter, are the ski slopes that have hosted the most prestigious ski competitions, from the world championships to the Olympics. A PAR of 65 developed over a length of 4,622 metres, described by top journalists as “the ideal complement to a mountain holiday thanks to its lush greens, the oxygen and coolness of its forests. The scent of alpine flowers and the view of the peaks and snowfields create a relaxing and pleasant setting.”
