SAVOURY RICE CAKE

Ingredients

200 gr
Authentic Carnaroli rice
100 gr
butter
half kg
spinach
half
onion
3
eggs
to taste
extra virgin olive oil
to taste
grated parmasan
to taste
salt

Boil the rice and season with butter. Boil and chop the spinach. Fry the onion in a pan with a little butter, adding the rice and spinach. Remoe from the heat, add the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt. Stir well and place in a baking tin to bake in the oven at 150°C.

Bake until the surface is golden.
