Ingredients

2
eggs
1 cube
brewer's yeast
half lt
warm milk
500 gr
flour

Mix the ingredients. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes, stir and leave for another 20 minutes to rest.

Add salt and, if desired, raisins or pieces of apple. Fry the fritters in the shape you prefer.
