The restaurant is located in the centre of Alba, and in a short period of time it has raised to the top of Italian cuisine thanks to the Ceretto brothers, who are well know producers of excellent wines, and Enrico Crippa, well known among Italian chefs and at the same time one of the most important interpreters of traditional Langhe cuisine. The chef selects the best ingredients from the area and processes each of them, in order to produce excellent results, such as agnolotti di plin with three meats, potato gnocchi stuffed with "Seiras del fen", roast lamb loin from Valle Stura with goat cheese and salt lemon.
