VINTAGE 1997

Vintage 1997 is an elegant restaurant with red wallpaper and boiseire and is located in the central piazza Solferino. The cuisine, which is also open after 10 p.m. upon booking, proposes traditional dishes with balanced flavours: tuna tartare, Morozzo capon salad, Fassone tagliata, set of three cod fish and, as dessert, gianduja igloo (a homage to Mario Merz). The wine list offers a wide and accurate selection of regional and French wines.
