Situated on the shores of Lago d’Orta, the restaurant is located within a splendid Moorish villa, built in the second half of the nineteenth century. The chef is the talented Antonio Cannavacciuolo, from Naples, original and creative and inventor of dishes which pay great attention to the quality of the ingredients. The menu includes dishes such as Boves meat cube, caviar, lemon-grass sauce and marinated onion, crayfish risotto, ravioli del plin in Neapolitan style, gnocchetti with stockfish, seaweed and sea truffles, banana crumble with Martinica sauce, coffee and curry. The wine cellar is vast and well-structured.
