At Unforgettable, a Michelin one-star restaurant located in Turin next to the Consolata shrine, the atmosphere alone is worth the whole trip. Then, when it comes to the food in this old farmhouse, the experience becomes unique. Between stone walls, shadows and sharing tables, the choice offered by chef Christian Mandura is between two deeply researched and original tasting menus. The first, "Vegetale al centro," turns every rule upside down. True protagonists are, indeed, vegetables, served with a side of protein. Complex and unique is the "Paradigma" workshop: the second tasting, it takes place around a table for four and places at the centre a single animal whose parts are cooked. Sommelier Jacopo, then, accompanies the adventure with a selection of personalized drinks, carefully selected to complete the picture of unforgettable moments.
