TRATTORIA ZAPPATORI

The inn is located under the colonnade of the old Pinerolo and it proposes a cuisine inspired to the local tradition and ingredients. The menu includes agnolotti stuffed with roast beef, carbonara with Szechwan pepper and truffle, frog legs in a ball of red potatoes and green dip, and boiled veal with sauces. The desserts include Moscato-flavoured zabaione. The wine list is rich of wines from the area.
