The restaurant is located within a splendid, late-eighteenth-century farm, and offers a cuisine firmly rooted in local traditions, with particular attention to the choice of ingredients. The menu offers a series of typical Monferrato dishes reinterpreted with a modern twist, such as ricotta cheese and vegetable mille-feuille with basil pesto and peas, courgette flower with lobster, beef tail risotto, duck breast with caramelised figs and, among the desserts, seasonal three-fruit soufflé. The wine menu is ample and well-structured.
