The Verbania-located chef, with origins from Lazio and Basilicata, names the restaurant sitting on the slopes of the Turin hill after his own name, like the old craftsmen. And he is an artisan indeed, of food. After various experiences in the kitchens of Piedmontese restaurants and that of Carlo Cracco, the chef, accompanied by his wife Patrizia Cappellaro, a sommelier, offers regional classics and dishes inspired by international flavours. In each case they are well cared for and caressed by a touch of fantasy that combines, for example, cuttlefish and vanilla, pork belly and Chinese tangerine, cheek and licorice. Unique flavours for an unforgettable experience that earned them a Michelin star.
