The restaurant is located inside the former nursery school “Regina Margherita”, which is a finely restored nineteenth-century building. The cuisine offers a series of dishes from the local tradition, such as Bra salamella, caramel eel with red wine, “fassone dalla testa ai piedi” (head-to-toe fassone meat) , roast kid-meat and slowly-cooked lamb, artichokes, mint and fried cream. The desserts include hazelnut ice-cream with zabaione. The wine list mainly offers Piedmontese wines, and in particular wines from the Roero area.
