The restaurant is located within the Tenuta Carretta farm, in a splendid position in the heart of Roero. It offers a menu which is firmly rooted in regional traditions: hand-sliced Fassone beef, tajarin with Bra sausage ragout, agnolotti del plin, rabbit in sweet and sour sauce, veal tail. Desserts include hazelnut cake and bònet. The wine menu is mostly based on the farm’s own labels.
