Ingredients

half lt
cream
some sprig
genepy
125 gr
sugar
2 sheets
isinglass

Pour the cream into a container. Add the genepy and leave to macerate overnight. Boil the mixture, adding sugar and gelatine. When the cream is hot, sieve it. Pour it into the moulds and place in the refrigerator to cool. Serve with any sauce you like.
