PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND PEACHES

porcini mushrooms

peach

cream

tomato

broth
1 pinch
parsley

olive oil

Slice the porcini mushrooms and place them together with the peaches, cut into wedges, in a baking tin. Add a glass of cream, a pinch of parsley, a ladle of broth and two tablespoons of tomato passata together with a half a glass of olive oil. Bake in the oven at 150°C for six or seven minutes.
