After baking 200 grams of shelled hazelnuts, removing the skins too, put everything in a bowl with 250 grams of flour, two or three eggs, 200 grams of sugar, a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt, a packet of powdered yeast for desserts (baking powder), and about 100 g of butter. Wet the mixture with a cup of milk, to obtain a smooth consistency and then pour it into a cake tin.
Bake in the oven at 180°C, until a fine crust forms on the surface. Leave the cake to cool before transferring to a plate.
