Pasta, rice and soups
Prepare a soft dough using the flour, warm water and eggs. Next, divide the dough into fist-size pieces and knead them and shape them into ropes of an even size.
Cut the ropes of dough into pieces approximately one centimetre long and, one by one, press down on them with your second and middle fingers and turn them over.
