Boil the milk and let it cool. Finely crumble the savoiardi (ladyfinger) biscuits and amaretto cookies and mix with the milk, also add the liquid coffee and instant coffee to the milk and the four tablespoons of rum. Separately in a small bowl, put the sugar, the cocoa powder and the 5 eggs and beat them well until a smooth soft dough is formed and makes a thread. At this point, gradually incorporate the milk into the remaining beaten eggs, stir and mix well. Caramelize with sugar a pudding mold. Pour the mixture into the mold and place it in a bain-marie pan to cook in a preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
