The interior is characterised by a multitude of mirrors and crystals; the cuisine offers a series of dishes cooked with high-quality ingredients. The choice is wide with a menu divided into meat and fish dishes: prawns, squid, potatoes and artichokes spadellata; lamb loin with herbs; saffron risotto with scallops and botargo; gilthead with courgettes and mangetout; sauté cherries with plain ice cream.
